Welcome to Roma Alliance Impact. I’m Gina Stanciu, Founder & CEO. I started RAI to champion the voices, health and opportunities of Roma and Romanian families in Peterborough and across the UK. Our team combines lived experience with professional expertise to remove barriers whether that’s accessing housing, healthcare, education or trusted information, and to celebrate Roma culture with pride. Through practical services and community-led projects like Walking Football, the Support Hub, cultural events, workshops and advocacy, we help people feel healthier, more confident and more connected. Our Services

Providing support with housing, employment, benefits, healthcare, immigration, and essential information on UK rights and services
Educational Empowerment
Supporting Roma children and families with navigating the education system, ensuring academic support, and mediating between families and schools to overcome barriers to success and promote equal opportunities.
Culture Awareness Integration
Promoting Roma culture and traditions through events, workshops, and outreach, while raising awareness to foster respect, integration, and combat prejudice.
Workshops and Advocacy
Organising workshops on child safety, parental rights, and accessing social services, while empowering families with knowledge and resources to advocate for themselves and their communities.
Our Aim
Roma Alliance Impact (RAI) are to actively support and advance the social inclusion of Roma-Romanian individuals and Romanian communities who face social exclusion due to their ethnic backgrounds in Peterborough and across the UK.
RAI is committed to empowering these communities, raising their confidence, and enabling meaningful participation in society through targeted activities such as providing relevant information, guidance, advice, cultural events, educational programs, and social and sports opportunities.
