Pathways to Education, Integration and Wellbeing

Pathways to Education, Integration and Wellbeing is a community-based programme supporting Roma children at risk of low attendance or disengagement, together with their families and primary and secondary schools across Peterborough. Step by step, from building trust to ongoing support, we help children attend regularly, feel confident and engage in learning. We stay in touch with families over the summer and give focused support at the start of term, so children return to school smoothly.

Support for Families

Personalised support enabling parents to navigate the UK education system, understand school expectations and recognise the value of regular attendance.

Bridging Families and Schools

Mediation that improves communication between families and schools, addresses concerns early and builds trust.

Support for Children

Building confidence, routine and readiness to learn, with attendance and engagement monitored closely alongside schools.

Training for School Staff

Sessions that help school staff understand Roma culture, common barriers and how to engage Roma pupils more effectively.
