Understanding NHS Services

Roma Alliance Impact works in partnership with the Patient Experience Team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust to strengthen engagement between Peterborough City Hospital and the Roma community. Through community-based sessions, NHS professionals provide clear information on the services available at the hospital, how to access them and what patients can expect, while families have the opportunity to raise questions directly with hospital staff.

This approach aims to reduce barriers to healthcare and build trust between Roma families and local health services.

Hospital Services

Clinical and specialist teams from Peterborough City Hospital present the services they provide and explain how patients can access them.

Accessing the Right Care

Guidance on identifying the most appropriate point of care, whether a GP practice, a community pharmacy or hospital services.

Your Voice Matters
